The strength of a group is extremely important to their continued survival. If they’re constantly at each others throats, or vying for leadership, that group hasn’t really come together.You can always tell when a group of survivors is starting to pull together when they start sharing a common history. When the group can kill some downtime be reminiscing about a funny story, or particularly difficult challenge, you know the members are building up their group identity.
As long as “Remember that night we slept in a dump truck” doesn’t come back to haunt him like Bill Clinton’s astroturf in the back of his pickup quip did for him…
