by There’s a lot of zombie stuff out there, and most of it is crap. People like to jump on bandwagons and produce quick tie-ins rather than investing love and effort into their creations. Luckily for you, I’m here to help separate the wheat from the chaff. Check back every Thursday, when I’m going to share the coolest zombie-related creation I can find out there on the web.
The Zombie Creation:
This week’s creation, “Zombieland Rule #3: Beware of Bathrooms” by MONKEYxDC (Banana), is obviously inspired by the hit film Zombieland. While I tend to think that Zombieland is a tad over-appreciated, I think this is quite a nice little creation.
So What’s Going On?
Well, the three people (look under the stall for the third guy) here failed to take the advice, and are beset by zombies in a public restroom.
Zombies notwithstanding, I’m quite impressed with the backdrop of this creation. That’s a damn fine public bathroom, with an excellent color scheme, realistic layout, and – well – a poop on the ground. The two stalls are particularly well made, but I also quite like the paper-towel dispensers in their simplicity.
Let’s Talk About the Zombies
The zombies here, who look to be Citizen Brick customs, and are spread out one apiece attacking survivors. We can’t get too much sense of motion, so it’s hard to guess whether they’re fast or slow. However, since this is inspired by Zombieland, I’m guessing they’re quick.
My one complaint about this MOC would be that the zombie in the center of the photo appears to have a bullet hole in his forehead, which should leave him quite dead. Perhaps we’re seeing this from the point of view of the guy who just shot that zed? Perhaps he’s standing by the sinks.

The gray boxes to the right of the urinal and above the trash cans are (what I presume to be) paper towel dispensers.

Agreed, although I have a tough time seeing LEGO do a zombie set in a public bathroom, even if they have done zombie stuff and bathrooms (in the Pet Shop) before.
I saw some body parts in the toilet, maybe they’re saving it in the toilet for a reason, like how dogs drink out of the toilet.
